Materiality Assessment
We identify and collaborate with the management and key stakeholders to identify material sustainability risks, opportunities and impacts that are likely to affect the company’s cash-flows, financial performance and position, the environment, or the people in the short, medium, and long-term time horizons. The matters so identified shall enable the management to explore and prioritize strategic action that is key to the business and its stakeholders.
Strategy & Policy Integrations
We work alongside the management in developing ground-level policies and procedures that affect all three elements of E, S and G in the organisational context. We identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for functional teams that drive real implementation of the company’s policies and targets. These integrations are aimed not only at improving ESG performance of the Company but also assisting in monitoring the progress of the company’s efforts over the year.
ESG Education & Training
We conduct knowledge and training sessions to educate employees and leaders on ESG requirements and regulations. We orchestrate sessions on internal policy development, stakeholder awareness and workflow modification, supplemented with case studies and examples of best practices.
ESG Due Diligence
We support investors in conducting pre and post transaction due diligence to identify and assess ESG risks and gaps that the target faces. We assess the state of internal controls, governance and readiness that prevails in the organisation on managing ESG-related exposure. We also help companies run an independent study of their process gaps and control efficiencies in addressing ESG related sensitivities.
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Measurement & Reporting
This is one of the first steps in reducing the company’s carbon footprint. We assist organisations in identifying sources of emissions and subsequently measuring Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. We follow measurement and reporting practices that are aligned with internationally recognised standards and calculation guidance to ensure consistent and comparable analysis. Subsequently, we assist the management in preparing an emissions reduction plan which is aligned to the company’s vision, strategy and proficiency.
Product Life-Cycle Assessment
We assist companies and investors in conducting product-level life cycle assessments to measure potential environmental effects of the product across its life cycle. We also conduct sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of variations in key parameters and assumptions on the LCA result. During this process, we make use of globally followed data sources and software for modelling and measuring emission inventory.
